DICREP

Operation and control of critical technological services.

We designed and implemented a comprehensive management model for the operation of technological services, aimed at improving control, continuity and efficiency of the business.

The service integrated asset, configuration, and service management (CMDB), along with incident, problem, and event management, allowing for the systematic structuring and control of operations.

At the operational level, help desk services, infrastructure and network support were implemented, along with the development and integration of technological solutions tailored to the organization's needs.

The operation was deployed across multiple environments and technologies, ensuring operational continuity and responsiveness in different contexts.

This model made it possible to transform a reactive operation into a controlled, measurable, and results-oriented operation.

Rimpex Chile

AI applied to customer interaction and analysis.

Project developed in the context of early innovation in artificial intelligence, aimed at automating interaction with users and generating actionable knowledge from data.

 

The solution integrated a voice interaction system capable of receiving, processing, and managing multimedia content from various sources, allowing communication with users through natural language and automating responses and notifications.

 

Additionally, it incorporated an advanced data analysis and user profiling module, which allowed for the identification of behavioral patterns, customer segmentation, and the execution of complex queries on large volumes of information.

 

The platform facilitated decision-making through data visualization, cross-analysis, and the generation of relevant information about user habits and characteristics.

Anaconda Mining

AI applied to information processing and geospatial analysis.

 

We implemented an artificial intelligence-based solution for the analysis and processing of images and visual documents associated with mining projects globally.

 

The system allowed unstructured information to be transformed into organized and usable records using neural networks, automating data extraction and its integration into structured databases.

 

Additionally, it incorporated geospatial visualization capabilities, allowing projects to be represented on interactive maps, facilitating their analysis in context and improving the territorial understanding of the information.

 

This solution made it possible to centralize scattered information, improve data quality, and support decision-making through an integrated view of projects.

John Paul II Clinic

Optimization of clinical operations and financial control.

We implemented an integrated system for clinical operation and financial control based on the implementation of an integrated clinical management system aimed at improving operational efficiency, resource control and financial traceability of the organization.

 

The solution made it possible to structure and automate key processes, including patient management, clinical resource management, and pharmacy and inventory operations, consolidating information on a single platform.

 

At the financial level, billing, collection and revenue control processes were automated, integrating with existing accounting systems to ensure consistency and visibility of information.

 

This approach made it possible to transform the operation into a more efficient, controlled and results-oriented model, improving cost management and decision-making.

Metropolitan SERVICE

Transformation and operation of technological services in the public environment.

We designed and implemented a comprehensive model for the management and operation of technological services, aimed at improving the control, efficiency and execution capacity of the organization.

The service combined IT strategy definition with help desk operation and the provision of specialized equipment for systems development and integration, ensuring operational continuity for more than 700 users.

Also addressed was process analysis, project planning and technological architecture definition, aligning operations with institutional needs.

In parallel, technological solutions were developed and implemented, integrating multiple platforms and adapting to different operational requirements through a model that allowed for structuring technological management, with greater control, responsiveness and effective support for operations.

Commercial Chau - Buenacarne

Optimizing collections and customer management through process redesign and technology.

We developed a comprehensive project aimed at improving collections management, customer administration, and operational control. The work included redesigning key processes, seeking to optimize coordination between departments and improve the performance of the collections portfolio.

As part of the solution, we implemented a management platform based on Microsoft Dynamics, incorporating workflow automation, notifications, and process control. Additionally, integrations were carried out with existing systems (ERP and legacy platforms), ensuring operational continuity and information consolidation.

This approach made it possible to improve the efficiency of the collection process, increase visibility over the operation and strengthen control of commercial management.
